Crash Courses

DSA recommends that you should take approximately 40 hours of tuition with an instructor and 20 hours private practice. However, this will depend on the individual’s progression. Upon the first assessment I will be able to tell you how many hours it should take you to be of test standard.

Theory test advice

If you are unsure what to expect on the test or want to practice theory test questions and Hazard Perception this can be provided during the driving lesson.

Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a course designed for new learners who have passed their test and wants to take additional training designed by Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with support from insurers and the driving instruction authority. Pass Plus will build on your existing knowledge and experience as a qualified driver and can help you to become more confident on the roads. Pass Plus is made up of six practical modules which includes.

Driving in town, Driving in all weathers, Driving in rural roads, Driving at Night, Driving in dual carriageways, Driving in motorways Anyone with a full UK driving licence will be eligible to take the Pass Plus course and there is no test at the end of the course but you will be continually assessed. You must successfully complete all the modules in the course to an achieved or exceeded standard. Once you have completed the course you will be eligible for insurance discounts. All our lessons are personal and the tuition is on a one to one basis, therefore, your lessons will not be interrupted with car sharing with other pupils and is for the full hour that you pay for.
